Payment is upfront!If you are commissioning me outside of Ko-fi, via DMs through my socials, or email [zeibeiemail @ gmail. com ], you will be sent an invoice through Paypal.
The more references the merrier! It helps me quite a bit!Estimate between 2-3 weeks for delivery!The process involves at least 3 times with changing the sketch with any feedback on any changes that are needed to be done! Once reaching the final feedback sketch changes, the lineart will then proceed. You’ll be updated as soon as possible with the process from sketch to lineart to the coloring. If I don’t get to you as soon as possible, you're welcome to message me to let ya know so I can update you! I will try to be open if anything occurs that might delay the commission!Commission work will be posted on my socials with a watermark applied! If that’s something you do not want to have publicly, you are welcome to inform me. Once the commission is completed, you’ll receive a beautiful watermarkless PNG version of your art!

Refund Policy:
Due to Ko-fi’s formatting, refunds will not be allowed/processed. Please keep in mind before submitting your request for a commission via Ko-fi.
I will only allow the commission to be refunded (If the client pays via Paypal) if an emergency comes up for the client and the commission will be dropped. You will only receive the incomplete commission with the watermark applied onto it.Once the payment has been sent, you have automatically agreed to terms listed above.
